Christmas spirit on parade in downtown Elmira

Members of the community of all sorts were out participating in the Elmira Santa Claus Parade on Saturday organized and hosted by the Kiwanis Club of Elmira. Amongst those parading down Arthur Street were Woolwich Mayor Sandy Shantz (top left), numerous dancers and performers, some Shriners, several bands, community groups including local hockey teams.
