Early morning ATM theft in Elmira

The Elmira Esso Service Station was the latest victim in a string of ATM thefts across the region on Thursday. At approximately 2:25 a.m. on March 10 unknown suspects removed an ATM machine from the building through the front glass window. The investigation continues.
