For the past seven years, an Elmira gym has been running a dry triathlon. Since last year, it has been in honour of one of their members.
The Rise Stronger Strength and Conditioning’s latest Cliff Martin Memorial Dry-Tri took place on Saturday.
This scaled-back – and water-free – version of a triathlon sees participants start with a two-kilometre row, then hop on their bikes for a 20-km ride, and finish with a 5K run.
