Two new business surveys show that most respondents have more faith in themselves than their neighbours. But that’s about the most upbeat finding they reveal.
Last week the Ontario Chamber of Commerce released its 10th annual Ontario Economic Report.
As you might expect, the chamber tried putting a happy face on a dismal situation. After all, it doesn’t want to drive investment away from the province.
