The Tony Award-winning musical 42nd Street is now on stage at Drayton Entertainment’s Hamilton Family Theatre in Cambridge.

Michael Stewart and Mark Bramble’s nostalgic musical tells the story of the starry-eyed Peggy Sawyer who arrives in 1930s New York City armed with her tap shoes and big dreams.

Her talent catches the eye of Broadway director Julian Marsh, who gives her a spot in the chorus of his newest show, Pretty Lady.
