Tery & Viviana Runstedler
The Maryhill Knights of Columbus held their annual Appreciation Night on Saturday, July 22nd at the Maryhill Heritage Park Community Centre.
Grand Knight Tim Vegh welcomed everyone on this festive occasion with everyone enjoying the rolled rib dinner and all the trimmings. Tim thanked the many volunteers who have helped with their various functions throughout the year. Invited every year are also the wives of the deceased members of the Maryhill Knight of Columbus.

Gerry and Geraldine Goetz were recognized for all their time and energy that they have given to the Maryhill Knights of Columbus. Gerry received a thank you card on behalf of all the work he has done at the Vegas Nights and Geraldine received a beautiful bouquet of flowers as a thank you for the beautiful quilt she made and donated to the recent fundraiser. Another lady recognized was Marlene McDonnell who also had donated a quilt.
This year’s “Knight of the Year” was Tery Runstedler with his wife Viviana receiving the “Lady of the Year” award. Both were presented with plaques that will have their name included and a framed certificate which they can keep. Vivianna also received a beautiful bouquet of flowers and Tery a gift as well.
