What if you were told that you can fight a dragon or travel to a fantastical time period, and all you needed was a good book?
That pastime is heralded by the Summer Reading Club, Canada’s largest summertime reading program, with more than 2,000 participating libraries.
The Region of Waterloo Library (RWL) has some 870 kids taking part. Elmira has the highest registration numbers, with 266 participants.
