A fire Sunday morning at a commercial building in Breslau caused about $40,000 in damage.
Emergency crews responded about 10 a.m. to the site on Townsend Drive. Woolwich firefighters from stations in Breslau, Maryhill and Conestogo were called out.
Township deputy fire chief Jeff Lipskie reported that there was one occupant present when firefighters arrived. No one was injured.
