Woolwich’s mayoral and Ward 2 candidates shared why they believe they’re the best choice to represent the township at a candidates’ town hall event Monday evening.
Evan Burgess and Eric Schwindt are vying to replace outgoing Mayor Sandy Shantz, while Steven Haase and Sheryl Tilley are competing for the Ward 2 seat that will be vacated by Schwindt.
Glenn Fern, the third candidate for mayor, failed to appear at the St. Jacobs Lions Hall, where more than 50 residents listened in.
