Young green thumbs in the Township of Woolwich are dealing with a wave of recurring destruction this season. What was meant to be a summer of hands-on learning, environmental stewardship, and community-building for kids has instead turned into a weekly lesson in frustration for the gardener group.
Unknown vandals, strongly suspected to be local youth, have repeatedly targeted the Woolwich Junior Gardeners communal plot at Bristow Park.
