The Wellesley and District Lions Club is gearing up for its annual Walk for Dog Guides next month.
The event is part of the Canada-wide fundraising campaign for the Lions Foundation’s Dog Guides.
“It’s something that the primary purpose for the Lions historically has been sight issues,” said local member Peter van der Maas, who took over organizing the walk this year.
