Two Elmira siblings have been showing progress early in their cycling journey.
Eleven-year-old Connor Scanlan and his sister Alara Scanlan, 9, started in the Kitchener-Waterloo Cycling Academy’s Breithaupt program about two years ago, beginning with mountain bikes.
Then, last summer, Connor did a Hydrocut program, which led them into track cycling by the fall and into road cycling this spring.
