It’s been six months since a mysterious ailment left Elmira native Scott Martin paralyzed from the neck down. Recovery has been an uphill battle.

“He’s progressing very, very, very slowly; it’s a frustratingly slow road ahead for him,” said his dad, Geoff Martin.

To support his recovery, a hockey tournament dubbed Martin’s Comeback Classic is set for October 23-24 in Palmerston.
