The Elmira Sugar Kings had little to be thankful for last weekend, as they dropped all three games on the schedule. The team settled for just one point in an overtime loss Sunday.
Following a 6-2 loss in St. Marys on October 9, the Kings dropped a 3-1 decision to visiting Welland on Saturday and lost 3-2 in OT to Stratford on Sunday.
Elmira now sits in sixth place in the GOHL’s Western Conference with a record of 4-6-1.
