It’s not something you see every day.
During Run Waterloo’s annual The Runway event, the entire Region of Waterloo International Airport in Breslau is shut down for a few hours so hundreds of participants can stampede around the areas where airplanes take off and land everyday.
This year’s event is set for Saturday.
It’s been going on for nine years now, and routinely draws crowds of families eager to experience the thrill of the tarmac.
