It’s been four years since Kitchener-Wilmot Hydro and Waterloo North Hydro merged to become Enova Power, and the company now appears to be hitting its stride, according to a new report.
Powering Prosperity finds the work needed to complete the integration is nearly 90 per cent complete.
“Our employees navigated significant change with professionalism and resilience, advancing large-scale integration work while meeting the daily needs of more than 165,000 customers,” the report reads.
Enova was created from the merger, remaining under the ownership of the cities of Kitchener and Waterloo and the townships of Wellesley, Wilmot and Woolwich.
