It’s been six years since Ania Peka started Elmira Photography, capturing maternity, family and childhood portraits that utilize local milestones as backdrops. Her passion is for conjuring moments of candid joy, relying less on manufactured poses and letting her subjects breathe naturally.
As she was dreaming up innovative new ways to create lasting memories for her customers, she came upon an idea: engaging Bonnie’s Chick Hatchery on Arthur Street in Elmira – a local business that was producing yellow fuzz-balls of cuteness daily.
