Remembrance Day is just around the corner, and the Elmira Legion’s annual poppy campaign remains in full swing.
The organization is also busy planning a service this Sunday to honour the men and women who served in the armed forces.
On November 8, the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 469 invites every resident of Elmira and the surrounding area to join them for a parade and a commemoration service.
