These experiences can be debilitating, which is why Boots on the Ground, an anonymous call-in service that provides peer support 24 hours a day, seven days a week, is so important.
That’s where seven-year-old Lochlynn Winger and her three-year-old sister Isla come in. LastSaturday, the pair were intent on raising money with a Conestogo lemonade stand, and decided to donate the proceeds to Boots on the Ground, which is where their father, Brian, works.
