Backing the wrong project

Reading the news, commentary and public opinion pages can’t be much fun these days for proponents of Waterloo Region’s light rail transit system. There’s a direct hit in reports of Calgary’s new LRT line that opened this week came in massively over budget, to the tune of more than double. Initially
