Elmira’s Donovan Martin says it was an “unreal” feeling to place first at Toronto’s Royal Agricultural Winter Fair earlier this month.
Martin was named Senior Showman Champion in his category, and earned an honourable mention overall in the Canadian 4-H Dairy Classic that took place between November 10 and 11 at the country’s largest indoor agricultural show.
“It’s a good feeling. It’s unreal,” he said, noting there are more than 100 participants in his 18-21-year-old class.
