For the family that has run Wallenstein’s E & F Sauder Sales & Service Ltd. for 50 years, their closeness might well be the key to the longevity of their lawn care equipment business.
That’s closeness in every sense, as most of the three generations of Sauders involved in the company live just a “stone’s throw away,” revealed Darrell Sauder, the general manager.
“Mom and Dad live right next door. I live three houses down around the corner. Jordan lives three houses that way, and our youngest, Jeremy, lives at home,” he explained.
