Eighteen-year-old Thomas Glogowski was driving through Elmira to arrive early on his first day on the job at Elmira Pet Products just after 7 a.m. in January.
He was driving 40 kilometres an hour as he tried to locate the factory’s entrance when, all of a sudden, he heard a “big bang.”
Then he saw his tire pressure was at zero after he hit a pothole on Arthur Street near Martin’s Lane.
