Floradale Public School has been named the top local elementary, based on students’ standardized test scores in reading, writing and math.
Within two years, it has climbed from eighth to first among the 11 schools from Woolwich and Wellesley townships examined in the Fraser Institute’s latest provincial rankings.
Since March 2024, Floradale’s score has risen from 4.8 out of 10 to 7.3, soaring from 2,243rd to 702nd out of 3,052 in Ontario.
