Domino’s is the latest entrant into Elmira’s pizza market, and the owner revealed he is not worried about the competition.
“Everyone says there’s lots of pizza places… there’s a lot of variety stores, a lot of gas stations, a lot of food, and at the end of the day it’s based on how you do,” said Sandeep Chaudhari, who also owns all 15 stores in Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, New Hamburg and Paris.
“It’s based on the team, how they do at the end of the day, whether they like it when they come in, and that’s on the individual store,” he added, noting there are six other pizza businesses in town.
