The Elmira District Secondary School’s senior football team finally got the chance to play at CWOSSA after winning the WCSSAA final for the first time.
The squad took down St. Benedict Catholic Secondary School 23-3 on November 13 to reach their first-ever CWOSSA championship.
In the semi-final, the Lancers’ defence brought a lot of pressure on the Cambridge school, and their offence kept the ball moving.
