Local artist turns her passion into a way to help others

Julie Wemp left her career as a registered massage therapist at the end of April, retiring after 19 years. Now she has chosen to pursue her passion for art. Knowing all her life that she was interested in art, Wemp began expressing her creativity through sketches from a young age. She took art class
