Gearing up for the maple syrup season

Maple syrup season may still be a few months away, but those who make their livelihood at it are already preparing. Next Thursday, the Waterloo-Wellington Maple Syrup Producers Association is holding its annual maple syrup education day at the St. Jacobs Community Centre.
