Elmira’s Sam Domzella and Waterloo’s Yvon Arsenault, who’ve dubbed themselves the Savon Duo, will be playing 34 classical programs at five different locations throughout the summer.
The first of many performances was earlier this spring at Floradale Mennonite Church, with a warm-up to the series, where Arsenault played a cello solo for the Savon Summer Music concerts.
Throughout the summer, they will also be performing in Waterloo, Guelph, London and St. Catharines, playing seven different programs called Ghosts, Bookends, A Century-Old ReFain, Concert 5, Concert 6, …in the Key of G, and Renewal.
