Skateboarders get first look at plan for Elmira park

Avid skateboarders got a first look at the proposed skate park for Elmira on Monday evening, and aside from a minor change, they liked what they saw. One of the elements they requested at previous discussions was a maple leaf to add some distinction to the park. The maple leaf was part of the propos
