The latest residential development proposed for Breslau would see almost 700 new housing units on a 69-acre parcel of land at the northeast intersection of Victoria Street and Greenhouse Road.
The Cachet Homes project at 2590 Victoria St. N. was unveiled at a planning meeting Tuesday night at Woolwich council.
Along with 193 single-family homes, the current plan includes 242 townhouse row units, 145 rear-lane townhouse units and a multi-storey building with 100 apartments.
