Norman Horst, pictured with his son Tristan, has been hosting the annual sugar bush tour at Maple Crisp Orchard for 25 years. Ahead of the Elmira Maple Syrup Festival, he provided a glimpse of what visitors will see on April 5, including his evaporator and, maybe, dog Skipper. [Julian Gavaghan]
