Peacefully passed away with his family by his side on Saturday, October 18, 2025 at WRHN – Queen’s Blvd., at the age of 92 years. Beloved husband of Verna Kuntz for 72 years. Well loved Dad of Deb and David, Tim and Bill, Dale and Patti, Donna and Mike, Jeff and Sothy, Connie and Antoine, Cindy and Paul. Lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Joel, Jamie; Adam (Yumiko), Ethan, Becca (Tyler); Justice, Jaeden; Brandon, Emma, Cole, Gavin, and by his two great-grandsons Elliot and Rowan. Gord is lovingly remembered by his many nieces, nephews and their families. Predeceased by his parents, and six siblings. Visitation will take place at 11 a.m. on Thursday, October 23, 2025 at St. Teresa of Avila RC Church, 19 Flamingo Dr., Elmira until funeral mass at 12 p.m. A reception will follow. As expressions of sympathy, donations to Woolwich Food Bank or St. Teresa’s Building Fund would be appreciated and may be made through the Dreisinger Funeral Home, Elmira.
