Steven Levenson’s story of teen angst, Dear Evan Hansen, makes its Drayton Entertainment debut on stage at the St. Jacobs Country Playhouse next week.
The musical follows the life of Evan Hansen, an anxious and lonely teenager who has felt invisible. But when a tragic event happens, it shocks the community and places him at the centre of the rapidly evolving controversy.
“It’s how he navigates that social anxiety through this fast-paced digital world,” said director David Connolly.
