The sound of jazz will be heard throughout St. Jacobs later this month as Neruda Arts presents the All That Worldly Jazz Festival.
A non-profit world music presenter since 2001, Neruda Arts is hosting the jazz fest for the fifth year.
This year, there will be six performers, including Maryhill resident Charisse Pooran, who will be back on the stage for a 45-minute set.
Pooran first performed at this event when she was around 15 years old, and she stepped back on stage this year because she loved how passionate the community was about music and the arts.
