Passed away at WRHN - Midtown on Thursday, February 19, 2026 at the age of 74 years. Beloved husband of Lori (Metzger) Kelly for almost 21 years. Dear father of Earl and Frank, both at home. Son-in-law of Earl and Sharon Metzger, and best friend of Jodi and Kevin Barker. Predeceased by his parents Frank and Millicent (Angliss) Kelly. Cremation has taken place, and there will be no visitation or funeral service. Arrangements entrusted to Dreisinger Funeral Home, Elmira.
