A Waterloo Region public school board trustee expressed relief and vindication after the authority was finally forced to release a report explaining why he was suspended three years ago.
“I’m pleased that it is released,” Mike Ramsay told The Observer, as he argued that the publication highlighted a damaging culture of secrecy at the taxpayer-funded organization.
“That was my goal from the start,” he continued.
