The number of public sector employees in Ontario making a salary of $100,000 or more grew by more than seven per cent last year, according to information released last week by the province.
The so-called sunshine list contains 404,922 names, up from 377,881 in 2024. More than half are in the municipal government sector.
Woolwich and Wellesley townships contributed 36 members to a list of people on the public dime who earned more than $100,000 in 2025.
