The Wellesley and District Lions Club is hosting the fourth edition of its online community auction, seeking donations of gently used items that residents may no longer want or need in their homes.
The initial outing came in the first year of the pandemic as many events moved online. That effort raised $3,000.
In 2022, the tally increased to $6,000, which was put towards the $50,000 that the club had pledged to the township’s new recreation centre over a five-year period.
