“It’s going to be another good day,” says the longest-serving committee member of the Apple Butter and Cheese Festival.
Bob Reid, who has been involved in the festival since its third or fourth year, still gets up in the morning to grab some flapjacks to start the day.
“I’m not the first one down there, but I get down there, and I grab some brochures, and I hand them out,” he said.
This year, the Wellesley ABC Festival is set for September 26, with the pancake and sausage breakfast starting at 7 a.m. on Queen’s Bush Road.
