The owners of St. Jacobs’ TriSisters Art House are searching for a permanent home for a 120-foot-long quilt that includes contributions from Canadian migrants from every country around the world.

The Quilt of Belonging, which also features the needlework of 70 First Nations communities, contains a total of 263 individual blocks that each represent different peoples.

“Our goal is to build a museum,” said Adrienne Carter, who runs the art house with her sisters Jax Rula and Sheila McAlpine.
