The Township of Woolwich Environmental Enhancement Committee (TWEEC) is launching a new monthly speaker series this fall to spark community curiosity about local nature and environmental action.
The events will be held at the Woolwich Memorial Centre in Elmira once a month starting in September. Organizers aim to cover a broad range of environmental topics in an accessible format that encourages community-wide discussion.
The event is free, but donations towards TWEEC’s other community initiatives are accepted. Complimentary snacks will also be available at each speaker session.
