Aden B. Weber passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, into his heavenly home on Saturday, January 10, 2026, at Wellington Terrace. Cherished husband of Aleda (Martin) Weber for 64 wonderful years. Beloved father of Laurel (Gerald) Martin of Elmira, Colleen (Kevin) Shoemaker of London, and David (Heather) Weber of St. Jacobs. Special Papa to Christina (Jeremy) Bowman, Rebecca (Jamie) Gingrich, Leena (Georgios) Tselonis, Tess (Jordan) Teeple, Madeline Weber (Paul DiCiccio), and Hannah Weber. Papa Aden was also very special to his five great-grandchildren, Addison and Reese Bowman, Shepard and Miller Gingrich, and six day old Evangelia Tselonis. Aden is survived by his siblings Ruth Weber, Almeda (Alson) Frey, Eileen (Don) Wiens, Aleda’s siblings Edna (Gordon) Martin, Oscar (Joan) Martin, Mabel Martin, and Eileen (Glen) Weber. Fondly remembered by many close family and friends. Predeceased by his parents Sidney Weber (1983) and Melvina (Brubacher) Weber (1987), brother Melvin Weber (2019), and brother-in-law Amsey B. Martin (2021). Aden was hardworking. He led by example, running his own excavating business for over 40 years, and later starting Weber Auctions where he valued the relationships and connections he built within the community. Skilled, capable and endlessly resourceful, Aden never hesitated to tackle a project and always found a way to fix or repair whatever was needed. His actions reflected his beliefs and kindness which left a lasting impact on others. Aden’s faith and love for Jesus was the cornerstone of his life and was evident in everything he did. He led and lived with generosity, compassion, humility, and strength. He always supported, prayed for, and encouraged those around him. His commitment to his family and community was steadfast, and his ability to connect with people from every walk of life was remarkable. Aden made people feel seen, understood, and valued. The family would like to express their deepest gratitude to the staff at Wellington Terrace. It was an absolute gift that Aden spent his final year there, surrounded by a team whose care was nothing short of exceptional. The staff loved him like family and went above and beyond to ensure his comfort, dignity, and peace right to his last days. Aden Weber will be remembered for his faith, his work ethic, his compassion, and his extraordinary ability to connect with others. His life was one of service, love, and purpose, and his impact will be felt for generations to come. Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 13, 2026 from 1-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Calvary United Church, 48 Hawkesville Road, St. Jacobs. A memorial service took  place at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, January 14, 2026 at Calvary United Church with a reception following. As expressions of sympathy and in lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Ray of Hope would be appreciated and may be made through the Dreisinger Funeral Home, Elmira.
